Church Partners
The task of helping many families in vulnerable life situations to be safer for their children is immense. Thankfully, Safe Families churches and volunteers have many dedicated partners who serve in both public and private agency capacities often addressing specific life vulnerabilities such as homelessness, child welfare, education, domestic violence, mental health, and many more.
We partner with local churches to lead efforts of family preservation in their local communities. When churches partner with Safe Families, we identify a lead within the congregation to help recruit and support volunteers from their community. Church partnerships are an integral part of our model as they help us maximize community involvement and minimize the need for greater organizational support.
